What is our return policy?

IF you have a question about your return, please e-mail us your order number,  package description along with your question or concern.  

10-Day Return Policy (from date of receipt):

We value your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 10-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Final Sales:

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, or any similar romantic gifts & body jewelry at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Procedure for Returns:

 Download the Return Form here. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 10 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Procedure for Exchanges: Download the Return Form here. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is back ordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. The item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Also note, If you are not doing an even-exchange, you will be refunded for the return and charged again for the new item.
